Trace matrix is the sum of the main diagonal elements of a square matrix. This study discusses the trace of a positive and negative integer power of a realÃÂ ÃÂ 3 X 3ÃÂ specific matrix as given in (2). In order to get the trace of negative integer power, the matrix must have an inverse. Determinant and inverse of the matrix are required to generate general formula of the trace negative integer power. Result in this paper, we obtain the general formula of the specific matrix trace with dimension 3 X 3ÃÂ ÃÂ in positive integer power denoted byÃÂ TrÃÂ (A3n)ÃÂ ÃÂ ÃÂ or in negative integer power denoted byÃÂ ÃÂ TrÃÂ (A3-n). The general formula ofÃÂ TrÃÂ (A3n)ÃÂ ÃÂ ÃÂ andÃÂ TrÃÂ (A3-n)ÃÂ ÃÂ ÃÂ separated into two, for odd and even integers n.
