Abstract

Cold cathode ion source used for irradiate poly carbonate films with different argon ion fluence,0.5 x 1018 and 1 x 1018 ions.cm-2 . Penetration of argon ions are observed and measure using SRIM Program. The values of dielectric constants and dielectric loss
are measure at the frequency range (60 Hz–1MHz).It is also observe that the change in conductivity with influence changes.. The values of the exponent factor for samples are calculated. The mechanical properties including tensile strength (MPa) and elongation at break (%) were tested at room temperature.
