A Review Study on Green Concrete as Energy Efficient Building Material

Abstract

The following paper describes the properties which are desirable in green concrete. The energy consumption study is being
reviewed and the various methods are being described which are necessary for the production of green concrete. The following
paper also shows a comparative study between conventional and green concrete; the future possibilities of green concrete in India
as an energy efficient green building material and also focuses on the environmental goals which should be incorporated in order
to ensure energy security in the long run.
